MANAGEMENT National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs)

ILM Management NVQ's are a pleasurable experience with the LMT Co. The use of a reporting system, with external evidence reviews, means that evidence to prove and demonstrate candidate competance to the 2005 UK National Standards, is left in the workplace. The way it should be!

Underpinning knowledge is delivered via specific workshops or by joining in other management VRQ's.

An innovative way to get recognition of candidate's skills and certification to mark the level of competence. The available NVQ's are:

  • Level 2 Team Leader

  • Level 3 First Line Management

  • Level 4 Middle Management

  • Level 5 Senior Management

  • Level 3 Personnel Standards

  • Level 4 Personnel Standards

    • The assessors at The LMT Co are qualified to A1 standards & Internal Quality Assurance personnel to V1 standards and all are occupationaly competant in management practice.
