The LMT Co has had a little restructure and this means that new roles are created (SEE BELOW)

The LMT Co is a growing commercial training organisation based in beautiful Leicestershire, operating within the UK, Europe and Internationally. Predominantly specialising in Leadership, Management and Training qualifications and other disciplines within the training requirements of organisations.

All of the roles described below have some common ground; in as much as the type of people that would fit in to our highly social environment built up of open and honest dialogue coupled with a sense of humour.

Also we are a computerised society, so a high level of computer usage skills is required from all.

An up and coming organisation that is looking for individuals to fit in and develop the internal environment as well as maintaining our training as an infectious and futuristic must for all customers who come into contact with us.

  • 1/ Business Development Manager;
    Due to continued success and growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen with Leicestershire’s premier training company, The Leadership and Management Training Company, for a Business Development Manager, ideally with experience in the Training and Development sector.

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales with the ability to generate and grow our business while expanding the company’s portfolio. You will be ambitious, outgoing, dynamic, organized, confident, direct and honest as well as possessing an entrepreneurial and creative streak for spotting opportunities as they arise.

    You should be goal orientated and have well developed strategic sales skills including the ability to carry out a business needs analysis, presentation skills and excellent negotiation and closing skills.

    Salary Negotiable plus commission

  • 2/ Management Trainer/s;
    Applications are requested to fill the post/s of management trainer. This post is for training professionals who preferably have an academic and working background within management positions.

    This post is for national and International work with ILM products from level 2 through to level 7, ITOL products from Foundation through to Diploma.

    The ability to travel and also to be proactive in their working styles is an essential, as well as the desire to achieve through other peoples gains The post is a negotiated salaried position with bonus payments agreed on successful outcomes, as well as other benefits for the right people. Can be full or Part time.
